About us

Hi, I’m Madeleine

Maddy G Designs belongs to God. My faith is the most important thing in my life and in this business. I bring the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour into every decision and trust His divine plan for what comes next.

I’m based in White River, Mpumalanga, where my community, my church, my family and my friends fill my life with joy. My favourite place to be is the Kruger National Park, and you will see that love of wildlife in many of my designs.

This business brings together all my passions: creating online, creating with my hands, teaching, social media and running a business. Through it all, I want to spread the word of the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour and make people smile with a beautifully created gift.

Thank you for being part of my journey.

Good to know We can only sublimate on white or very light-coloured items, so dark colours are not an option. T-shirts are printed on polyester fabric only, because that is what sublimation needs.

Made to fit Every product is a different shape and size, so we adjust the design to fit the product you choose. If there are any major changes, we will check with you on WhatsApp before we go ahead.

Stock All orders depend on the sublimation blanks available from our suppliers, which affects how long your order takes to make. We always confirm stock first, before we accept your order and send the banking details.

Delivery & FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we are asked most.

Courier cost

The courier cost depends on the weight and size of your parcel. There are different couriers and delivery options in South Africa, and we tell you the cost on WhatsApp, together with the price, before you pay anything. Let us know if you have a preference.

Making time

How long your order takes to make depends on the size of your order and how far down our production list it is. We keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Delivery time

Once your order has been made and handed to the courier, the delivery time is up to the courier and out of our hands, so we cannot promise exact dates. We send you the courier details, including the tracking number of your parcel, on WhatsApp.

Prefer to collect?

We can arrange that with you too. You can collect your order yourself, or organise your own courier to collect it.

How do I order?

Tap + Add to my order under every design you like, open My order and send it to us on WhatsApp. We reply with the price in Rand and the courier cost. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

How long will my order take?

Making time depends on the size of your order and how far down our production list it is, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp. Once your order has been handed to the courier, the delivery time is up to the courier and out of our hands.

When do you start making my order?

We first check that the blanks are in stock, then send you the price and our banking details. We start making your order once your payment shows in our bank account.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Every product is a different shape and size, and the courier cost depends on your parcel, so we quote you in Rand on WhatsApp. You can ask for our price list at any time.

What can you print on?

Sublimation only works on white or very light-coloured items, so dark colours are not an option. T-shirts are printed on polyester fabric only, because that is what sublimation needs. See What we print on for the full list.

Can I have my own design or logo?

Yes, custom designs are welcome. Send your logo or artwork in the WhatsApp chat. We adjust the design to fit the product you choose, and we check with you before we go ahead if there are any major changes.

Can I change or return my order?

Everything we sell is printed or handmade for your order, so please check the details before you confirm. The full details are in our .

Do I get a free gift?

Every paid order of printed products comes with one free gift, chosen by us. The Christmas Nativity Games Pack is a digital download and does not come with a free gift.

How does the Christmas Nativity Games Pack work?

It is a R99 digital download. We send you our banking details, and once your payment shows in our bank account we send you the link to the zip file. You print it at home on A4 in colour. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no courier cost.

How do the workshops work?

Message us on WhatsApp for the dates and the venue. A workshop costs R350 per person and runs from 09:00 to about 13:00, with a drink and a snack included. There is a maximum of 15 people, and your spot is confirmed once your payment shows in our bank account. You can move your R350 to another date if you give us at least a week’s notice. We provide everything you need.

How do I look after my product?

Our prints are part of the product, so they do not peel. A little care keeps the colours bright. Please see Product care for each product.

Do you supply curio shops?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp about stocking our products and custom designs for your shop, and ask for the price list for big orders.

Where are you based?

In White River, Mpumalanga. We are an online shop with no shop or showroom, so please do not visit. We sell by WhatsApp and deliver by courier.

Look after it

Product care

Our prints are part of the product, not a sticker on top. A little care keeps the colours bright for years.

Mugs

Ceramic mugs: safe in the dishwasher on a normal cycle and in the microwave. Hand washing keeps them looking their best for longest.

Enamel mugs: hand wash only. Not for the microwave or a stove.

Tumblers & water bottles

Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Please do not microwave them or use scouring pads.

T-shirts

Wash cold (30°C or cooler), inside out, with similar colours. No bleach and no dry cleaning. Hang to dry, or tumble dry on low. If you iron, iron the inside on low heat, never straight onto the print.

Bags & dish towels

Tote bags, shopping bags, make-up and pencil bags and dish towels: machine wash cold with no bleach. Hang to dry, or tumble dry on low. Iron the inside on low heat if needed.

Mousepads, keyrings, magnets & more

Keyrings, magnets, bookmarks, air freshener tags, mousepads and fans: wipe clean with a damp soft cloth and a little mild soap. Please do not soak or scrub them.

Glass cutting boards

Wash by hand with a soft sponge and mild soap. Please avoid sharp knives and scouring pads on the printed side, and keep the board away from the oven and the stove top.

For every product: strong sun and heat over a long time can fade any colour, so please do not leave your items on a sunny windowsill or in a hot car. If something does not look right, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.

Be trendy, but also authentic. Be yourself!

With God all things are possible.Mark 10:27

About us

Maddy G Designs is the trading name of Madeleine Greeff, a sole proprietor. We are an online shop based in White River, Mpumalanga, South Africa. We have no shop, showroom or collection point, so please do not visit. We sell through WhatsApp and deliver by courier. Contact us on WhatsApp +27 73 584 8072 or by email at maddygdesigns1@gmail.com.

Copyright

© 2026 Madeleine Greeff t/a Maddy G Designs. All rights reserved. All designs, artwork, photos, logos and text on this website belong to Maddy G Designs. Please do not copy, share, print, resell or use them without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you the right to copy the design on it.

Digital downloads

The Christmas Nativity Games Pack is for your own personal use, at home, at church or in a small group you lead. You may print as many copies as you need for that. You may not share the zip file or the link, sell it, upload it or give it away.

Workshops

A workshop costs R350 per person, and there is a maximum of 15 people. Your spot is confirmed once your payment shows in our bank account. If you cannot come, you can move your R350 to another workshop date, as long as you tell us at least one week before the workshop, so we can offer your spot to someone else. The venue is given when you enquire. We do not refund a workshop that has already taken place.

How ordering works

Add what you like to My order and send it to us on WhatsApp. We confirm stock, the price in Rand and the courier cost, and nothing is charged until you confirm. We send you our banking details. We start making your order once your payment shows in our bank account, and we send the download link for a digital pack once your payment shows. Making and delivery times are estimates, because they depend on stock from our suppliers and on the courier.

Returns and refunds

  • Made for you. Everything we sell is printed or handmade for your order. Because items are made to your order and are personalised, we cannot accept returns or give refunds if you simply change your mind. The 7-day cooling-off right for online purchases does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, as South African law allows.
  • Please check before you pay. Please check the design, the product, the size and every spelling in your order on WhatsApp. Once we have started to print, we cannot change it.
  • Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the item and the parcel. Keep the packaging. We will repair it, remake it or replace it at no cost to you. If we cannot do that, we will refund you. This is easier to sort out the sooner you tell us, but your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including for defects in the first 6 months, stay in place.
  • Our mistake. If we print the wrong design, product, size or spelling that you gave us correctly, we will remake it at no cost.
  • Your mistake. If the wrong spelling, size or design was in the order you gave us, we cannot cover it, but we are happy to quote you for a new one.
  • Handmade greeting cards. Each card is handmade and one of a kind, and we make one similar to the card you chose. Small differences from the example are part of handmade work and are not a fault.
  • Digital downloads. Once we have sent your download link, we cannot refund it, because it cannot be returned. If the link or file does not work, tell us and we will fix it or send it again. If we cannot, we will refund you. We do not refund a digital file that was delivered and opens and prints correctly, for example if you change your mind. To help us check a problem, we may ask for a screenshot of what you see.
  • Refunds. If we agree to a refund, we pay it by EFT into the account you paid from, usually within 7 working days.

Disclaimer

Photos on this website show examples of our work. Colours can look different on your screen and in print, and each product is made by hand, so small differences can happen. Prices are in Rand and can change. Courier companies are independent, and we cannot control their delays. We only share your photos or words as a happy customer with your permission, and we use your first name only.
